Custom T-Shirts Dallas
High-Volume Bulk Printing Guide

High-volume professional t-shirt printing from our Carrollton, TX facility. Outfitting DFW businesses, sports leagues, school groups, and major events since 1990.

Built for Bulk. Built for Dallas.

Dallas organizations that need custom t-shirts have two options. They can work with a retail print shop that handles single orders and small runs, or they can work with a bulk production facility built specifically for teams, schools, churches, corporations, and events. Integrity Branding is the second type. We have operated out of Carrollton since 1990, and for over 35 years, the entire operation has been calibrated for one thing: high-volume output at wholesale quality.

Our minimum order is 24 pieces. That is not a restriction on who we serve. It is a production standard that defines how we serve them. At 24 pieces and above, we run automatic press equipment, manage color to specification across the full run, and apply the quality controls that produce consistent results from the first shirt to the last.

Our End-to-End Bulk Ordering Process

The difference between a high-volume bulk apparel facility and a retail-level t-shirt shop shows up in both your budget and your final print quality. Here’s what makes us the reliable choice for DFW organizations.

Step 1: Garment Selection

Every bulk t-shirt run begins with choosing the right blank. Integrity Branding sources from Gildan, Bella+Canvas, and Port & Company, three brands with the inventory depth and consistency required for large production runs. Gildan’s 5000 series is the standard for high-volume event and fundraiser orders. Bella+Canvas offers softer fabric and a more fitted silhouette for corporate programs where the garment experience matters. Port & Company provides a middle option with broad size availability and reliable construction. Our team walks through the options based on your audience, use case, and budget before production begins.

Step 2: Artwork Preparation

Clean artwork is the single most controllable variable in print quality. Vector files in .AI or .EPS format are required for professional screen printing results. A low-resolution image pulled from a website compresses and breaks down when scaled to print size. A properly prepared vector file scales without degradation at any dimension. If your artwork exists only in raster format, our team reviews it before production and identifies what cleanup is needed. Submitting a print-ready file at the start of the process eliminates the most common source of production delay.

Step 3: Proofing and Approval

Before any screens are burned or ink is mixed, a digital proof goes to the client for review. Color placement, sizing, and positioning are all confirmed at this stage. Working with a local Carrollton team means revisions happen in a direct conversation, not through a customer service queue. Most proofing cycles resolve in one to two rounds.

Step 4: Production and Timeline

Standard turnaround for custom shirts in Dallas, TX runs two to three weeks from final artwork approval. High-volume orders of 500 pieces or more may require additional time depending on garment availability and design complexity. Planning four to six weeks ahead of a hard distribution date gives an adequate buffer for every stage of the process without compressing production.

Trusted by Dallas Schools, Businesses, Churches, and Nonprofits

High-volume custom apparel requires an operation that understands the demands of scale.

School spirit and fundraising

These programs depend on margin control. The difference between a professionally produced bulk custom t-shirt and a small-run retail print is most visible in the per-unit cost. Schools and booster clubs that order at volume protect their fundraising margin and deliver a higher-quality product to supporters. A shirt that holds its print through a full academic year of washing generates better word-of-mouth for the next campaign than one that fades by January.

Corporate and event branding

At scale, these demand print consistency across every garment in the order. A company distributing branded shirts at a major DFW event needs the logo placement, ink color, and print quality to be identical on piece 1 and piece 300.

Automatic press production at Integrity Branding delivers that consistency because the equipment maintains the same parameters across the full run. For long-term employee uniform programs, that same consistency applies cycle after cycle.

Local pickup in Carrollton

Being local is a practical advantage for DFW organizations. Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, and the broader Metroplex are all within a short drive of our Westway Circle facility. Picking up a finished order of bulk t-shirts that clients would otherwise pay to ship from a national provider saves real money on large runs and eliminates the uncertainty of freight timelines ahead of a hard event date.

The Wholesale Advantage: Tiered Pricing Explained

Bulk t-shirts in Dallas follow the same economic logic as most manufactured goods. The fixed costs of production are spread across more units as order volume increases, which drives the per-unit cost down. For custom t-shirt production, those fixed costs are dominated by screen setup. Every color in a design requires a separate screen to be burned, a separate ink mixture to be prepared, and a separate pass through the press to be calibrated. That work happens whether you are printing 24 shirts or 500.

What changes is how many shirts absorb that setup investment. At 24 pieces, the setup cost per unit is at its highest. At 72 pieces, it drops noticeably. At 144 pieces, it drops again. At 500 pieces and above, the per-unit cost reaches its floor, and the margin available to booster clubs, event organizers, and nonprofit fundraisers reaches its ceiling. Understanding these pricing milestones is the first step to maximizing a group apparel budget.

Color count also affects cost. Every additional ink color adds a screen, adds a pass, and adds setup time. A two-color design costs less to set up than a four-color design. For organizations working with a fixed budget and a high-volume target, simplifying the artwork to two or three colors is often the fastest way to move into a higher-quantity tier without increasing total spend.

Dallas Bulk Ordering FAQ

Common questions from DFW organizations getting started with bulk ordering.

Do you print single t-shirts or small orders?

No. Integrity Branding focuses exclusively on group orders of 24 pieces or more. This focus is what allows us to run automatic press equipment, maintain wholesale pricing, and deliver the consistency that organizations distributing shirts to a team, staff, or event audience require. Single-unit and small-batch orders are outside our production model.

What file type do you need for my logo or artwork?

Vector files in .AI or .EPS format are the standard for screen printing production. High-resolution PDFs are also acceptable. These formats preserve line quality and color accuracy at any print scale. Low-resolution raster files such as JPEGs or PNGs pulled from websites are not suitable for professional bulk production. If your artwork is not currently in a vector format, contact our team before submission ,and we will advise on the best path forward.

Can I mix shirt sizes within a bulk order?

Yes. Size mixing is standard practice for bulk custom t-shirts. An order of 144 shirts can include any combination of sizes from small through 3XL as long as the print design remains consistent across all garments. Size breakdowns are confirmed during the ordering process so production pulls the correct quantities from each size.

How long does production take for DFW orders?

Standard production runs 5-7 business days from final artwork approval. Larger orders and multi-color designs may require additional time. Planning your order four to six weeks before your distribution date or event is the practice we recommend for all organizational clients working with fixed deadlines.
