Founder
Scott founded Southwest Sportswear in 1990 and grew it from a small four-man operation into the screen-printing powerhouse that evolved into Integrity Branding. Outside of work, you can find Scott enjoying time with his wife, four kids, and grandkids, or relaxing with classic rock, political debates, and a good cigar.
Director of Sales and Operations
Mandy, Scott’s eldest child, has been a part of the company since childhood and took on a leadership role in 2013. When she’s not managing operations, she’s spending time with her husband and four kids or exploring new coffee shops.
Production and Office Administrator
Trevor, Scott’s only son, grew up working in the business, starting as a machine loader in high school. Now he handles office and production administration. In his downtime, Trevor enjoys gaming and exploring IKEA.
Head of Sales
Carol joined the team in 2004 and has been helping churches, schools, and other organizations design amazing shirts ever since. Outside of work, she loves traveling and spending time with her family.
