Our business isn’t just a company—it’s a family. Each member of the team plays a vital role in bringing your vision to life.
Scott Carstens – Founder
Scott founded Southwest Sportswear in 1990 and grew it from a small four-man operation into the screen-printing powerhouse that evolved into Integrity Branding. Outside of work, you can find Scott enjoying time with his wife, four kids, and grandkids, or relaxing with classic rock, political debates, and a good cigar.
Mandy Martinez – Director of Sales and Operations
Mandy, Scott’s eldest child, has been a part of the company since childhood and took on a leadership role in 2013. When she’s not managing operations, she’s spending time with her husband and three kids or exploring new coffee shops.
Trevor Carstens – Production and Office Administrator
Trevor, Scott’s only son, grew up working in the business, starting as a machine loader in high school. Now he handles office and production administration. In his downtime, Trevor enjoys gaming and exploring IKEA.
Carol Greene – Head of Sales
Carol joined the team in 2004 and has been helping churches, schools, and other organizations design amazing shirts ever since. Outside of work, she loves traveling and spending time with her family.
OUR JOURNEY
From our humble beginnings to becoming a trusted name in branding, we’ve come a long way. Here’s a look at some milestones:
1990 – Southwest Sportswear opens its doors as a small four-man operation in Dallas, Texas.
1995 – Printed shirts all night when the Dallas Cowboys won the Super Bowl.
1999 – Celebrated the Dallas Stars' Stanley Cup win with more late-night printing.
2004 – Carol joins the company full-time.
2013 – Mandy takes on a full-time role in the family business.
2014 – Expansion with four new automatics and two new dryers, thanks to client success.
2016 – Trevor officially joins the team full-time.
2020 – Supported nonprofits and organizations with successful t-shirt fundraisers.
2022 – Southwest Sportswear becomes Integrity Branding, reflecting our values and evolution.
